BEARING THE RIGHT VISION OF GOD

Updated: Dec 5, 2022

Psalms 16:8

[8]I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

David gives us the key to standing through the most difficult times in life. Setting the lord always before you. That means you always have God's opinion raised above yours. His being at your right hand means you are directed by him. When you bear the right vision of God you will be holden up because that is his plan and opinion for you. He seeks to raise you up always because he has made you his own. It would be embarrassing for you to be any less in life.

The scripture speaks of a righteous man falling seven times and rising up each of those times. He rises up because when he fell, he fell into more grace that is able to work and labour in him to God's glory. The reason that it is a righteous man the scripture speaks of is because righteous men carry the understanding that they are right not because of their efforts but the finished work of Christ at the cross.

Everyday when you look at the righteousness of God you have received through your faith in Christ, you are holden up by the Lord God. That kind of vision of God in truth is what enables you to go through the storms that life may bring and the very weaknesses that you may carry in your own flesh.

God is fully revealed to us in the person of Jesus Christ because God is love and the ministry of Christ on the earth in the body was love. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
